One Time item exchange per customer/ customer is responsible for all shipping fees to and from.

Butlifters, Body shapers , Girldes, Body creams or Boards (NO EXCHANGES, NO EXEPTIONS).

On selected items only please read items description if the item you wish to exchange is a bundle the bundle needs to be sent back for the exchange to be granted.

 

Once the exchange is received there's a estimated time frame.

 

Please allow 5 to 7 business days to process shipping. All exchanges must have the original package and must not be used.

If the items are returned damaged, stained, stretch ,humid or used WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE EXCHANGE. Send your item using FEDEX priority or Regular mail via Traceable method ( with tracking number) to ensure a safe delivery.

 

We are not responsible for lost returned shipments. We do not issue shipping labels for exchanges.
